This machine features a four-roll configuration. The upper roll serves as the main drive, while both upper and lower rolls can also be driven simultaneously. Powered by a hydraulic motor, it provides the necessary torque for plate rolling operations. The lower roll performs vertical lifting movements through hydraulic transmission – hydraulic oil in the cylinder acts on the piston to achieve this motion, allowing for secure clamping of the plates. On both sides of the lower roll, there are side rolls that move along the arc-shaped guide rails of the frame, also via hydraulic transmission. A key advantage of this machine is that both end pre-bending and rounding of plates can be completed on the same equipment.
